Our Warranty & Guarantee
When we fix your heater or pump, we stand behind it. Here's exactly what our workmanship guarantee covers, what your parts warranty covers, and the few things no repair can cover.
What we stand behind
Every repair we perform comes with a workmanship guarantee: if the specific repair we did fails because of how we did it, we come back and make it right at no charge for our labor. We'd rather fix it once and have you call us next time than cut a corner today.
The parts we install carry their manufacturer's warranty — heater elements, flow and pressure switches, sensors, pump motors, capacitors and wet-end seals are all covered by their makers for defects, on top of our labor guarantee. If a covered part fails early, we handle the warranty claim and the swap.
Reasonable terms apply, and durations vary by part and by job. [NEEDS REAL DATA: workmanship warranty term — e.g. 90 days / 1 year on labor] and [NEEDS REAL DATA: parts warranty terms — typically the manufacturer's coverage]. We'll put the exact terms for your repair in writing at the time of service.
What's covered
Our labor
The workmanship on the repair we performed is guaranteed. [NEEDS REAL DATA: labor warranty term]
Parts we install
New elements, switches, sensors, motors, capacitors and seals carry their manufacturer's warranty against defects.
The repair we performed
If the exact fault we fixed returns due to our work, we return and correct it — no labor charge.
Your $69 diagnostic
Backed by our flat-rate promise: the $69 diagnostic is credited 100% to the repair you approve.
What's not covered
A repair warranty covers the repair — not the whole tub forever. To keep our pricing honest, a few things fall outside it: pre-existing or unrelated faults (a different component failing later is a new repair), and normal wear on parts we didn't touch.
We also can't cover damage from water chemistry — scale, low pH, or salt corrosion that attacks elements and seals — or owner-caused issues like running the tub dry, freeze damage, power surges, or work done by someone else after us. None of that reflects on the repair we made.
If you're ever unsure whether something is covered, just call or text (561) 555-0143. We'll tell you straight, and if it's our work, we'll make it right.
