The flat-rate prices published on this site — including our pricing page — are our standard rates and are intended as estimates until confirmed. Your final price is confirmed at the $69 diagnostic, before any work begins, and the $69 diagnostic is credited 100% to the repair you approve.

Published prices are subject to change and may vary based on the specific part, equipment and condition we find on site. We will always give you the exact flat-rate price in writing before starting, and no work proceeds without your approval.

We aim for same-day service across Palm Beach County, but scheduling, arrival windows and same-day availability are not guaranteed and depend on demand, location and parts. Any time estimate is a good-faith effort, not a binding commitment.

We serve Palm Beach County only and may decline or refer work that falls outside our heater-and-pump scope or service area.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.

Our repair work is covered separately by our workmanship guarantee and parts warranty; those terms — not this site — govern the services we actually perform. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
