What tends to fail on a Caldera
Caldera shares the Watkins engineering DNA with Hot Spring, which means the heart of it is the Watkins No-Fault titanium heater — a sealed, proprietary assembly rather than a generic $30 element. That's a durable heater, but it isn't a part you grab off any shelf, so the diagnosis matters: we confirm whether you actually need the full No-Fault assembly or just the high-limit and sensor side that often gets blamed for a no-heat call.
Many Caldera spas run the FreshWater Salt System, and salt-water chemistry plus our hard South Florida water is a recipe for scale inside the plumbing and heater path.
